Software

I'm wondering if anyone might know a solution to this.

I have a Bresser microscope with 'Photomizer', worked fine with XP, but now have W10 Bresser state should work fine if driver removed, will then work with 'camera' app but does not do so, we have. USB Microscope, 40x to 1024x Magnification. The included software contains Windows XP USB drivers, but you can go up to Windows 8 at the link below. BRESSER BIOLUX NG Windows XP, Vista, 7 & 8 etc USB drivers DOWNLOADS http://top.windows9download.net/list/driver-for-microscope-bresser-biolux-ng.html.

I bought a USB microscope from eBay that wasn't supposed to work with Windows 10 but it did. It's supposed to be for XP, Vista and 7 (32bit and 64bit). It's a generic Chinese plug and play device that isn't supposed to require a driver to work. It comes with a driver CD in case it didn't work automatically.

It worked fine until Windows 10 force updated. Clip studio paint pro mac crack. Now when I plug it in, the LED lights come on the microscope but amcap states 'no video capture device was found'.

Device Manager can see USB2.0 PC Camera in Image Devices with a yellow exclamation mark. Properties/ General states, Manufacturer: AVEO

'This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
Driver is not intended for this platform. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.'

I've tried Update Driver Software / Search Automatically, but I get 'Driver not intended for this platform'. Then it comes up in Device Manager in Other Devices as Unknown Device.

I've tried Uninstall and then Scan for Hardware Changes. It just pops back to Image Devices as USB2.0 PC Camera with the yellow exclamation mark.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver on the CD. I right clicked the driver and chose Compatibility Mode Windows 7. I tried Compatibility Mode XP (Service pack 3) and the driver installed for 15 minutes (instead of a few minutes) and asked me to reboot as usual but that didn't work either. Instead Device Manager is showing '(Code 18) reinstall driver'. The driver is an InstallScript Setup Launcher so it can't be found.

Device Manager / Properties/ Events keeps showing,

I've tried every USB port.

I think I've successfully selected 'Disable driver signature enforcement'.

I've tried it on a Windows XP PC and it worked fine.

As it worked on Windows 10 before, I'm wondering if there is something I could try to get it working again. I know nothing about drivers and would like some advice please.

It's this exact model and packaging. It states on the front USB 2.0 & 1.1 and there's a Java icon. There's no model number.

I like something I can easily plug and play, and I have to admit to not really having read any of the instructions with this camera or much of the instructions on my Astromaster 130EQ which I plugged this into.
The video you see here is just the camera plugged straight into the eyepiece hole.
There are several different shots in the 2 minute video. For some reason, the first shots is jerky and flashes a little, after 30 seconds the second shot is smoother. Excuse the shakiness - a clear night but very windy up on the hill.
Video was taken in mid-Wales on 10th February 2017.
WARNING! While video that you take seems to autosave, images don't, and must be saved on at a time.
Don't spend an hour getting frostbite only to find ALL your images from the night vanished when you closed the laptop.. RTFM!
As a bonus (which doesn't affect my rating) I bought this on the Amazon 'Big Thanks £10 off' day, so got it for £41. Well pleased!
Talking of money, this video is what you get for £140 (£99 for scope from another place and £40 for the camera). Well worth the money to excite the interest of a young person.
